perform exchanges throughout the continental United States, Alaska,
Hawaii and the U. S. Virgin Islands. We process our transactions by FAX,
E-MAIL, and Electronic Funds Transfer, and we provide exchange documents
anywhere in the nation.

Mr. Barber is a career Internet Marketing & Web
Development consultant with 15 years experience developing web

Barber owns and operates his own Web Development Firm in
Vancouver, Washington and has
developed successful web sites since 1995. Before that, he
worked as a writer/designer/talent in the broadcast &
advertising industries.
John Briscoe, Attorney, Secretary &
General Counsel
Mr. Briscoe is an attorney licensed in Oregon
and Washington. Mr. Briscoe has been an attorney for 15 years,
specializing in business and real estate law. Mr. Briscoe has
been the chairman of the board of B&D Financial Services since
2002. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of
Washington. Mr. Briscoe has been a senior in-house counsel for a
fortune 200 company, and has served in various officer positions
for non-profits such as Rotary International, YMCA, Columbia
Land Trust and others
