$150.00	For the closing of each REPLACEMENT PROPERTY

For a smooth and easy 1031 Exchange please follow these Instructions:

1. Set up your relinquished property on our website.
2. When you're ready to purchase Set up your replacement property on our website.
3. Identify your replacement properties to us in writing (preferably on our form).
4. Allow sufficient time for reasonable document preparation & review. No last minute rush transactions.
5. Check with the closing office to make sure they know that you are doing a 1031 exchange, and that they are in process on it.
6. Make sure we have your correct E-mail address so we can keep you informed.
